The transport of your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. The standard shipping method is Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to track online delivery of your package.
Packages are oversized and protected.
Delivery charges
Shipping fees include packaging, handling and postage. They may contain a fixed and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects...
The delivery rate is calculated according to the total of your basket.
For Metropolitan France, it varies from 6€ for an order of less than 50€ to 17€ for an order of more than 150€.
For the rest of Europe, the delivery rate is fixed at 17€.
